You are a self-employed painter and varnisher, carpenter, interior decorator or similar and would like to learn or deepen the professional use of chalk paints and/or include chalk paints in your portfolio

Our 1-day workshop is exclusively for tradespeople or their employees .

The workshop conveys the basics and practical, creative work on a piece of furniture you have brought with you and on sample panels.

In our 1-day workshop you will learn on a piece of furniture you have brought with you and on sample panels:

- the determination of the substrate and the resulting preparatory work

- the right brushwork for the working technique and the choice of tools

- Different painting techniques, for different effects

- patination with wax on chalk paint, patination with chalk paint on chalk paint

- the handling of old techniques, such as stencilling, graining, rollers with pattern rollers in connection with chalk paint

- the use of different media for creating effects


The number of participants is limited to 5 people.

Materials, tools and meals are included in the price.
The sample panels can be taken away after the workshop.


The seminar will be led by Andrea Schultz. She is the founder of yellowchair ® chalk paint, a painter and varnisher and an experienced designer.
