Shipping within Germany

Within Germany we deliver free of charge from an order value of €80.00 within 2-4 working days.

Up to an order value of €80.00 we charge a shipping and packaging flat rate of €5.90 including 19% VAT up to a total weight of 2 kg.

From 2 kg to 18 kg we charge €6.90 incl. 19% VAT.

The final shipping costs are calculated from the weight and the associated price classes.

We deliver with DPD. Deliveries to DHL packing stations are therefore not possible.

Delivery to Austria
Up to a total weight of 3 kg, we charge a flat rate for shipping and packaging of €10.27 incl. 19% VAT.
Up to a total weight of 10 kg, we charge a flat rate for shipping and packaging of €14.20 incl. 19% VAT.
Up to a total weight of 20 kg, we charge a flat rate for shipping and packaging of €19.80 incl. 19% VAT.
Up to a total weight of 30 kg, we charge a flat rate for shipping and packaging of €25.90 incl. 19% VAT.

Shipping to France
Up to a total weight of 3 kg, we charge a flat rate for shipping and packaging of €15.55 incl. 19% VAT.
Up to a total weight of 10 kg, we charge a flat rate for shipping and packaging of €20.53 incl. 19% VAT.
Up to a total weight of 20 kg, we charge a flat rate for shipping and packaging of €27.50 incl. 19% VAT.
Up to a total weight of 30 kg, we charge a flat rate for shipping and packaging of €29.30 incl. 19% VAT.

Shipping to Italy
Up to a total weight of 3 kg, we charge a flat rate for shipping and packaging of €21.90 incl. 19% VAT.
Up to a total weight of 10 kg, we charge a flat rate for shipping and packaging of €27.25 incl. 19% VAT.
Up to a total weight of 20 kg, we charge a flat rate for shipping and packaging of €30.46 incl. 19% VAT.
Up to a total weight of 30 kg, we charge a flat rate for shipping and packaging of €34.27 incl. 19% VAT.

Shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg
Up to a total weight of 10 kg, we charge a flat rate for shipping and packaging of €17.25 incl. 19% VAT.
Up to a total weight of 20 kg, we charge a flat rate for shipping and packaging of €22.50 incl. 19% VAT.
Up to a total weight of 30 kg, we charge a flat rate for shipping and packaging of €26.90 incl. 19% VAT.

The shipping and packaging fee is displayed at the end of the ordering process.

Furniture is delivered by courier or, depending on the place of delivery, by diekreidecolor.de. Collection is also possible. The shipping costs are calculated separately and are not subject to this shipping table.

Self pickup

The customer is responsible for loading and unloading when picking up the goods himself. In the case of self-collection, the customer or his representative is responsible for loading the vehicles. Insofar as our employees assist with such loading processes, they act at the sole risk of the customer and not as our vicarious agents.

disposal

We do not take back packaging. We are a member of Duales System Deutschland GmbH. Outer packaging and packaging can be handed in at their collection point.
